EVALUASI MANAJEMEN RISIKO PADA SISTEM INFORMASI PERPUSTAKAAN MENGGUNAKAN COBIT 5 (Studi Kasus: Perpustakaan Universitas Amikom Purwokerto)

The Amikom Purwokerto University Library has applied the library information system to help students and including lecturers in finding and getting information from related sources in the library. Amikom University Purwokerto University Library Information System has 3 parts covering the library web, digital library and repositories. After being implemented but there are still some obstacles, based on the results of interviews and observations conducted by researchers with library staff at the University of Amikom Purwokerto. According to the library staff in the section on hacking there had been hacking so the data already filled in the book request form had to be refilled. Therefore, measurements / assessments related to risk managers need to be carried out to determine the level of risk capability for the Ensure Risk Optimization (EDM) and Manage Risk (APO) processes today and formulate more optimal risk management steps related to the application of IT in the University Library Amikom Purwokerto. COBIT 5 defines and explains in detail a number of governance and process management. And in the EDM domain (Evaluate, Direct and Monitor) because it deals with stakeholders focus on benefits, risk optimization, optimization of data sources, practices, and activities aimed at evaluating strategic steps, providing direction in the use of IT and monitoring the use of IT and the APO domain (Align, Plan, and Organize) because this domain includes strategies and practices, focusing on identifying the best ways IT can contribute to the achievement of business goals. The results of the capability level calculation for each domain, namely EDM03, are at level 2 (Manage Process) and the APO12 domain is at level 1 (Performed Process).
