EVALUASI TATA KELOLA TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI PADA KECAMATAN PURWOKERTO UTARA MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK COBIT 5

This research discussed about evaluation of information technology management at North Purwokerto district with the aim to assess the attainment of capability level which was appointed in the information technology management. The research used data collection model such as literature study, questionnaire, interview, observation, documentation. This research focused on Enterprise Goals Operational and Staff Productivity with 6 main tools with lowest attainment found on BAI05 which was at level 2 and highest value found on the process of EDM04, APO01, APO04, APO07, BAI07 which were at level 3. Then found the results of the calculation of capability was at level 2 of Managed Prosses which means that at this level the performance of information technology has been managed, executed and implemented quite well.
