Abstract
Toko UD Jempol is one of the snack shop which serves the purchase of their customers. These activities certainly produce thousands of transaction data which stored in their database. However the data is just a basic data which haven't produced any information moreover become a archive by the shop. It would be more effective if a lot of transaction data is processed to receive useful information for the shop. The data processing is in the form of data mining. The purpose is to apply data mining process with association analysis method using apriori algorithm, so that the information obtained in the form of potential products and the related among products and knowing the customer behavior based on the transaction data. The existence of data mining by association method expected would help the shop in determining product layout based on related among product and a cross selling as new strategy of selling proper with the result to improve service quality and optimize the profits.
