FILM ANIMASI 2 DIMENSI SEBAGAI MEDIA SOSIALISASI PENCEGAHAN KEKERASAN SEKSUAL TERHADAP ANAK (Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Dan Keluarga Berencana, Pemberdayaan Perempuan Dan Perlindungan Anak (DPPKBP3A) Kabupaten Banyumas)

In Indonesia cases of sexual violence each year have increased, including in Banyumas Regency. According to data of cases of sexual violence against children collected by the Office of Population and Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (DPPKBP3A) Banyumas District in 2015 there are 29 cases, in 2016 there are 44 cases and in 2017 there were 26 cases. The data above shows that children in Banyumas Regency are still an easy target for perpetrators of sexual violence. This research aims to make 2D animation film as one of socialization media which used by Department of Population and Family Planning, Women Empowerment and Child Protection (DPPKBP3A) of Banyumas Regency in socializing prevention of child sexual violence. Data collecting method used in this research is interview, documentation, and literature study. In the making of this 2-dimensional animated film, researchers use the stages of designing the film according to M. Suyanto & Aryanto (2006). The main software used to process this animation is Adobe Flash Professional CS6. Tests using questionnaires to 30 children generated index formula of 87.73% with the category strongly agree.
