EVALUASI KEBERHASILAN IMPLEMENTASI SIMBADA MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN HOT FIT MODEL (Studi Kasus : PPKH kabupaten Banyumas)

Database Management Information System (SIMBADA) is a website-based application that functions for family process business reporting in Banyumas district. SIMBADA serves to assist the KorLap (Field Coordination) or assistants in collecting data on all beneficiaries of PKH in each regional coordination. In the implementation of SIMBADA, there are several features, functions that do not run as expected in producing information so that decision making takes a long time. So to ensure the effectiveness of the application and the positive impact provided by SIMBADA in producing information that is accurate, timely, relevant and economical, it is necessary to evaluate SIMBADA. The purpose of this study is to find out the success of SIMBADA implementation and provide recommendations that can be used for improvement in the future. The evaluation model used is HOT Fit model with the variables used are system quality, information quality, organizational structure, system usage and benefits. The results of the study are that the success in implementing SIMBADA is influenced by system quality factors of 78.82%, 80.66% of information quality, 81.83% of organizational structure and 80.30% of benefits with organizational structure factors that have the greatest influence on successful implementation SIMBADA.
