Abstract
Normally, people get the clean water from PDAM in every area. With increase people year by year, the clean water also increase for the people. This thing also influence for the clean water service like PDAM Purbalingga , so they get a new customer. A new customer who increase in every year will add cost for the company. This thing make me interested for doing next research. This research use ARIMA method. The data we use is the customer data PDAM Purbalingga 2014-2016 for predict the next customer data in 2017-2019. Process for this method is identify problem, collect data, stasionery data, temporary identify model, estimate parameter for the model and applicate model that we choose and for the next step we use MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) calculate for verification model. The calculate result that we do, we got 0,02% MAPE point, with accurate prediction 99,98%. From that result, we can got the conclusion if ARIMA method is the best solution for predict a customer data in order to PDAM Purbalingga could make a cost for product a clean water.
