PERENCANAAN STRATEGIS SISTEM INFORMASI MENGGUNAKAN METODE WARD AND PEPPARD (Studi Kasus: SMK Bakti Purwokerto)

Bakti Vocational School is a vocational school in Banyumas Regency. Bakti Purwokerto Vocational School is developing quite rapidly. but have not implemented IS and IT to the fullest in their business processes and do not have a portfolio of strategic information systems planning. So it is deemed necessary to create a strategic information system, in order to provide an edge in business competition. Information systems strategic planning is one of the keys before implementing information systems and information technology in the company. The right strategic planning can support the company's business plan and development. The form of information systems strategic planning that will be discussed, in this study uses Ward and Peppard methodology with PEST analysis method tools, Five forces model, Value chain, SWOT and McFarlan strategic grid analysis methods. The results of this analysis define strategic information systems planning in the form of information systems business strategies, information systems strategies, information systems management strategies and information technology, information system recommendations, upcoming applications and implementation plans.
