PERENCANAAN STRATEGIS SISTEM INFORMASI MENGGUNAKAN METODE WARD AND PEPPARD PADA PT. TIGA PUTRA ABADI PERKASA

Planning a strategy for large companies is an important part of all companies. PT. Tiga Putra Abadi Perkasa is an informal company engaged in the manufacture of false eyelashes. This company has not fully used the information system in its business process activities. The purpose of this study is to produce a portfolio of information system strategic plans. The method used in this study is Ward and Peppard with the tools used are SWOT, CSF, Value Chain, Five Force Porter, and McFarlan Strategic Grid, resulting in a portfolio of information systems strategic plans for companies as well as research plans to find tools that obtained in strategic planning carried out. As well as recommendations for strategic information systems this plan can be used as a reference for using information systems that are in accordance with the needs of planning and giving directions for the development of information systems that provide information about information system support at PT. Tiga Putra Abadi Perkasa.
