PERANCANGAN ARSITEKTUR ENTERPRISE UNTUK KOPERASI PRIMER SMP NEGERI 5 JAKARTA MENGGUNAKAN ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE PLANNING (EAP) DENGAN ZACHMAN FRAMEWORK

Currently almost all organizations or agencies require SI / TI in every activity in it. But there are still many agencies that have not used SI / IT optimally in line with the changes that occur, even some agencies that may be said to fail in utilizing SI / IT to support business processes. Failure to utilize SI / TI occurs at the agency due to the absence of good design before making SI / TI. Lack of good design in developing information systems will result in more and more investment funds and business processes become ineffective and efficient. The design is in the form of enterprise architecture as a blueprint for developing and designing information systems. Alignment between business and technology is an important instrument for realizing the effectiveness of an enterprise, since the use of Information Systems (IT) and Information Technology (IT) must be designed in harmony with enterprise conditions for optimum business objectives, strategy and planning to be achieved with governance and infrastructure based on good technology. Koperasi Primer SMP Negeri 5 Jakarta need to design the enterprise architecture as a blueprint to minimize the failure in developing information systems, because there is no design in Koperasi Primer to develop information systems on each business unit cooperatives that will impact on running business processes because it is not supported by good enterprise architecture design. The design of enterprise architecture is planning, classifying, defining and connectivity design of the various components that make up an enterprise. This study aims to make the design of enterprise architecture as a blueprint by using Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) method with Zachman Framework. The advantages of using Zachman Framework is to have a complete viewpoint on each mapping and provided components that are based on Taxonomy completes criteria with very good category values. The results of this design define 20 data entities in the data architecture, 7 application recommendations and technology architecture and sequence of implementation plans.
