SISTEM INFORMASI PENGARSIPAN DRM (DOKUMEN REKAM MEDIS) RAWAT INAP BERBASIS WEBSITE PADA RS. ANANDA PURWOKERTO

And when the patient first controls after hospitalization, the distress filling section seeks a medical record file. Because it is written in the book of returns, but at the time of check, there is no file. And when the medical record in the loan is also recorded in the loan book, namely the medical record number, the name of the patient, borrower. The purpose of this research is to design and build a system-based DRM archiving information (medical record document) for the website of Ananda Hospital in Purwokerto. The system development method used in this study is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method with three phases, namely the Requirement Planning Phase (requirements planning), Design Workshop, Implementation. The programming language used is using the PHP program with Sublime Text text editor. Database compilation using MySQL base with Xampp. Making layout designs using the photoshop application. The results of this study is system of filing information of RS Ananda Purwokerto-based website was built to assist the admin in processing the medical record data into a system, digitally archived, accessible and helped expedite the generation of reports. The product test results of the Dimension of Quality for Goods attribute get a value of 86,5% and the results of the ULEA attribute benefit test tested get a result of 84,5% which means that both tests are both rated more than 75% so it can be concluded that the application is useful for Ananda Hospital Purwokerto.
