SISTEM INFORMASI BALITA PADA POSYANDU FLAMBOYAN BERBASIS WEBSITE DI DESA TANJUNG

Posyandu is an Integrated Waiter Post. Posyandu is a Community-Based Health Effort (UKBM) which is managed from the community, by the community, for the community, and together with the community, as an effort to enhance the role of the community and as an effort so that basic health services can be obtained easily by the community. The purpose of establishing a posyandu is to reduce infant mortality rates and, for children under five, birth rates in order to create a happy and prosperous small family. Through activities carried out at the posyandu, children's growth can be monitored so that nutritional deficiencies can be avoided, in addition to that children are also given Vitamin A and complete immunization. This study uses the SDLC Waterfall system development method. From the research conducted on Toddler Information Systems in Website-Based Flamboyant Posyandu in Tanjung Village, it can be concluded as follows. Process Data on infants in the resulting system in the form of height, weight, vitamins, and immunizations. Provides accurate report results. Based on the results of black box testing and the questionnaire the system has met the functional requirements specified in the plan. Based on the results of the questionnaire from 10 employees the level of approval of the new system was very much agreed.
