PENGEMBANGAN APLIKASI PEMILIHAN KEPALA DESA ELEKTRONIK DI DESA LINGGASARI, KECAMATAN KEMBARAN, KEBUPATEN BANYUMAS BERBASIS ANDROID DAN WEBSITE

Linggasari is a village led by a chief in charge of organizing village government, carrying out development, community development, and community empowerment. The chief always changes periodically, which is six years. The new chief is elected through the election of often called the Pilkades. The process of selecting village heads in Linggasari Village is currently still held conventionally,namely by voting for one of the registered village head candidates. This method was considered inefficient and ineffective because it caused many problems, such as erlags with damage and tearing, long-term filing and elections susceptible to data manipulations, and could not reach voters who could not attend the polling stations. To overcome these problems, the authors intend to develop an electronic village's election application based on android and website, using MYSQLi as a database, and using fingerprint, face recognition, and RFID scans to verify voter data. Data collection is carried out by interview, documentation, literature study, and quistionnare. The system development method used is a waterfall. The expected results of the electronic village head election application can facilitate the process of data collection of prospective candidates, voter data collection, election and the vote counting process.
