Abstract

The rapid development of science and technology has influenced humans. On the other hand the development of technology, smartphone is one of the technologies that people have it, with conditions like this the smartphone can be one of the controllers of the security system that is embedded on a motorcycle. So to improve the safety of the motorcycle will be implanted with an IoT device that is controlled from a mobile application created with the Inventor app that will be connected to the Firebase server. The use of the Firebase server was chosen because it supports programming for mobile devices that is mobile and provides database services. As a result, motorcycle position data and motorcycle ignition control data received by the server, in real time, will be displayed via a mobile application. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and literature study. The system development method used is a waterfall. The test results show that all features of the mobile application can work well.
