APLIKASI PEMILIHAN KEPALA DESA BERBASIS WEB (Studi Kasus: Desa Tayem Timur, Karangpucung, Cilacap)

Indonesia is a country that adheres to a democratic system. Where every citizen has the right to choose a leader through general elections. In Tayem Timur village head elections have several such as low voter participation, the risk of voting fraud, invalid votes and the high cost of implementing elections. These obstacles can be overcome by utilizing web-based application technology. The application is created by using the CodeIgniter framework by building the input feature data of the permanent voter list, data of the village head candidates, printing of voter cards, voting and recapitulation of voting results. The research method used is a prototype with stages of listening to customers, building, repairing prototypes and testing prototypes. Testing uses the black box testing method to test system functionality. The results of this study are the Web-based Village Head Election Application for Tayem Timur village
