PERENCANAAN STRATEGIS SISTEM INFORMASI PADA RSUD DR.M. ASHARI PEMALANG MENGGUNAKAN METODE WARD AND PEPPARD

Since its establishment as a regional hospital, Dr. M. Ashari continues to grow in order to meet the community's need for health services. The development strategy is directed at the concept of developing excellent service oriented to quality and customer satisfaction. From various IT investments made by Dr. M. Ashari Pemalang for the past 3 years has not been running optimally, because the investments made are more focused on the needs that arise at certain times and there is no planning in meeting short-term or long-term needs so it is unknown whether IT investments carried out in accordance with RSUD Dr. business activities M. Ashari, now and in the future, and making spending on IT investment budgets swell. In this research, we will discuss information sistem strategic planning in Dr. M. Ashari, in addition, information sistem strategy recommendations will be given using Ward and Peppard methods with SWOT, CSF, PEST, Five Force Models and McFarlan Strategy Grid analysis techniques. The final result of the research is to provide a proposal or recommendation in the form of an information sistem strategic planning portfolio at Dr. M. Ashari which can be taken into consideration in building a better hospital information sistem to improve the level of hospital services to patients, especially in the field of IT services.
