SISTEM PELAPORAN KEGIATAN DAN KEJADIAN PADA BADAN KESBANGPOL KABUPATEN CILACAP BERBASIS WEB

National and Political Unity Agency or abbreviated as Kesbangpol Agency, Cilacap Regency is one of the regional apparatus established in accordance with the Cilacap Regent Regulation Number 40 of 2011. One of the tasks of the Head of the Cilacap District National Unity and Politics Unit in Article 44 is to supervise the administration of the District, villages and communities in the field of national ideology resilience, national insight, national defense, national historical values and district scale awards. At the time of reporting, 24 Subdistricts in Cilacap District had used technology in the form of e-mail and whatsapp to report on activities and events. However, in its implementation it is considered to be less effective and efficient because the report becomes unorganized in filing and has to retype reports sent via whatsapp so it takes time. The purpose of this study is to create a system of reporting activities and events at the web-based Kesbangpol District of Cilacap Regency to facilitate reporting of activities and events. Researchers in collecting data use interview techniques, literature studies, and documentation. The system development method used is the waterfall method. The results of the blackbox test on the web-based reporting system show that the features run according to the expectations of the researcher. Acceptance testing is in the form of a questionnaire with a sample of 5 respondents obtained a percentage of 97.6% and classified as very good criteria. So from that it can be concluded that the system of reporting activities and events at the web-based Kesbangpol District of Cilacap Regency is feasible.
