EVALUASI TATA KELOLA TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK COBIT 5 (Studi Kasus: RS. Islam Purwokerto)

Islamic Hospital (RSI) Purwokerto is one of the hospitals that implement IT in its business processes stated in the mission of RSI Purwokerto namely managing assets effectively and efficiently by synergizing the welfare of human resources, organizations, science and technology, but the use of IT in RSI Purwokerto still experiences obstacles such as SIMRS reporting that cannot be used in operational activities. IT RSI also does not yet have a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for IT operational activities, and does not yet have a record of problems and how to deal with problems that often occur, so this evaluation needs to be done to measure the extent to which IT is currently running helps the company's operational activities. This study uses the COBIT 5 framework which is considered the most complete and comprehensive standard as an IT audit framework. This research focuses on the DSS (Deliver, Service and Support) domain because RSI Purwokerto has implemented IT in its operational activities. This study aims to determine the capability level in the DSS domain (Deliver, Service and Support) and recommendations that can be used as material for consideration and improvement of existing IT implementation problems so that IT governance in Purwokerto Hospital will be better. Data collection methods in this research are by conducting library studies to find and study the references needed, conducting observations by observing the surrounding environment and business processes that are running, conducting interviews with IT officials to obtain data and information as research supporting data, and provide questionnaire to the respondent. The results of the capability level calculation obtained in the DSS domain (Deliver, Service and Support) at Purwokerto Hospital are at level 1 Performed Process where the implemented process achieves the objectives of the process.
