RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI PENGARSIPAN KRITERIA SISTEM JAMINAN HALAL MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK CODEIGNITER (Studi Kasus: Perusahaan Ayam Siap Goreng Sari Nikmat)

Ayam Siap Goreng Sari Nikmat Company is one of the companies processing industry of Frozen Food in Purwokerto. The main commodity is fried chicken. Being a commitment for this company to provide products that are healthy, practical, hygienic, delicious, and lawful. Therefore the company takes care of all the certifications that support its products including halal certification at LPPOM MUI. To guarantee the halal status of an LPPOM MUI, the Halal Guarantee System Criteria must be applied by companies in the food sector to produce halal products in accordance with Islamic law. Halal Guarantee System Criteria include archiving of all reports ranging from halal policy, halal team, materials, products, halal activities, traceability, internal audit, and management review every year. Archiving is the main thing for every company, the Ayam Siap Goreng Sari Nikmat Company that has done the archiving but the obstacle is only one person archiving and using the manual method by handwriting and improvised programs, this makes the archiving time ineffective. To speed up the process of archiving, we need an application that is easy to use by anyone and according to company conditions. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, as well as literature and documentation studies. The results obtained are applications that make it easier for Ayam Siap Goreng Sari Nikmat Company reporting, storing data as evidence of applying Halal Guarantee System criteria.
