SISTEM INFORMASI PENGOLAHAN DATA PADA PRAKTIK DOKTER UMUM DI KECAMATAN TAMBAK (Studi Kasus : Praktik Dokter Umum dr. Ernowo Gatot P, M.Kes.)

In the process of processing data in Practice dr. Ernowo Gatot P, M.Kes is still done manually, namely data collection is written on the patient's status paper, this causes the slow process of making reports, data is difficult to control and cannot provide clear and accurate information. The purpose of this study is to make a data processing system in practice dr. Ernowo Gatot P, M.Kes, in order to facilitate the process of recording patient data, medical record data, drug stock, payment transactions, making reports. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews, observation, library research and documentation. The system development method used is the User Centered Design (UCD) method where the user becomes the center of the system development process. The results of this study are data processing information systems, namely data collection of patients, examinations, payment transactions and monthly reports on the practice of doctors Dr. Ernowo Gatot P, M. Kes in Tambak District based desktop application.
