PERANCANGAN BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN (BCP) MENGGUNAKAN ISO 22301 (Studi Kasus : Rumah Sakit Ananda Purwokerto)

The use of information technology has been in various fields such as the health sector, one of the health institutions that has used Ananda Purwokerto Hospital such as Hospital Information Systems (SIRUS), websites and mobile applications. However, there are still many issues involving the use of information technology regarding human error, information systems cannot be used, connections are lost, electricity is problematic, data is damaged due to viruses and the data backup system is not maximized. From the procedures for handling problems and challenges the problem has not been well documented, so that it creates problems with existing information technology assets and assets at Ananda Purwokerto Hospital. This research is about designing a Business Contiunity Plan at Ananda Purwokerto Hospital which aims to minimize risks during a disaster and can disrupt business continuity, where this study uses the ISO 22301 framework as a reference and is carried out with an identification methodology and analysis of the use of information technology and risk that might arise which could lead to the threat of business continuity from the company. The results of the identification and analysis become a reference in designing a Business Continuity Plan in accordance with the conditions of the company.
