GROUP DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM UNTUK SELEKSI PENERIMA PEMBEBASAN OPERASIONAL SEKOLAH DENGAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP) DAN BORDA (Studi Kasus : SMA N 1 KUTASARI)

Formal education is one of the supporting factors for the creation of quality human resources. In pursuing 12 years of compulsory education by the Ministry of National Education (Depdiknas), schools in giving awards to their students are awards in the form of exemption from school fees or commonly referred to as scholarships. SMA N 1 Kutasari is one school that helps provide assistance for students to continue their education by providing school operational fee exemptions for students who meet the requirements. Decision of recipient of cancellation The purpose of this study is to establish a Group Decision Support System that receives recipients of operational liberation to overcome the debates that exist in the selection process. The calculation process used in this Group Decision Support System is a combination of the Analytical Hierarchy Process method for making decisions by giving effective priorities from complex comparisons and Borda who is able to bring together several results into shared results. Data collection methods used are literature studies, interviews and documentation, while the system development method used is Waterfall. This study produces Group Decision Support System recipients of operational exemptions that can reduce subjective opinion and disagree with consideration of existing criteria
