MANAJEMEN RISIKO SISTEM INFORMASI RUMAH SAKIT (SIMRS) MENGGUNAKAN METODE ISO 31000:2018 (Studi Kasus: Rumah Sakit Umum Dadi Keluarga Purwokerto)

The use of technology is very influential on companies such as the Dadi Family General Hospital in Purwokerto, which has implemented information technology in the form of a Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) in the application of information technology. The purpose of this study is to measure SIMRS risk and determine the level of SIMRS risk and help companies anticipate and minimize risks that occur. The method used in this research is ISO 31000 which has 5 stages, namely communication and consultation, setting context, risk assessment (risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation), risk treatment, monitoring and review. From the results of this study found 16 identified risks of which there are 3 high level risk, 11 medium level risk, 2 low level risk. Of the 16 risks, there are risk treatments in accordance with the possible risks, this risk treatment can be used as an effort to prevent and minimize risks that can hinder the company's business processes.
