Abstract

The rapid development of technology in the midst of the Covid-19 pendemic has made e-commerce more popular and encouraged people to master technology more. Beceran is a digital market service application (e-grocery) intended for users to order their daily food needs online. The problem that exists in the Beceran application is that improvements and feature development are still needed in terms of format there is a Jelajah menu which is still empty and cannot be used. The purpose of this research is to analyze or find out whether there is an effect of the variables of content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness on the satisfaction of Beceran application users. The method used in this research is End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). The data collection process was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a google form link to Beceran application users and the sample used was 93 people. The data processing method carried out in this study used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear test, and hypothesis test which were processed using SPSS software. The result of hypothesis testing there are 4 influental variables including accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness and 1 variables that has no effect on user satisfaction namely content.
