Abstract
Various ways have been carried out by the police in an effort to improve online community services, one of which is to help extend SIMs for the community. To carry out these online services, the police use an application called Digital Korlantas POLRI. Although the agency has tried to improve the quality of service to be better, but there are still many obstacles, such as the application being stuck at the stage of uploading documents, difficult to bring up the photo of the face of the E-KTP, locations that do not appear in the application, and limited bank options for payment. With these problems, researchers are interested in examining user satisfaction to prove whether the existence of these problems can affect user satisfaction in the POLRI Digital Korlantas application. This satisfaction research uses the EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) method. The results show that the effect of the EUCS variable simultaneously on user satisfaction is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated F value is 57,374 > F table of 2.14, so it can be concluded that all variables have a joint effect on the satisfaction of the users of the POLRI Corlantas application.
