APLIKASI PENJUALAN DAN PENGELOLAAN DATA TOKO BANGUNAN BERBASIS WEBSITE DENGAN DUKUNGAN TEKNOLOGI WHATSAPP GATEWAY (Studi Kasus: TB Sumber Rejeki, Cilacap)

The digital era has changed various aspects of life. No exception, many institutions or business entities, both micro and medium, have taken advantage of the use of technology for data management. In a building shop that has a high work routine. The amount of data that must be processed such as material stock data and transaction data makes the owner must be more careful in managing data so that there are no errors when recording. The purpose of this study is to create a web-based application with the support of a WHATSAPP gateway that facilitates the management of material data and sales transactions by the owner of the Sumber Rejeki Building Store and employees or cashiers. Application system development using the waterfall method, while for system design using a unified modeling language. The result of this research is a website-based application that makes it easier for store owners to manage data or transactions to be more effective, accurate and improve store service performance. The results of the blackbox test show that the menus in the application have functioned as expected. In the UAT test results obtained an index of 82.14%, so it can be concluded that the application has been accepted by the user.
