VIDEO ANIMASI 2D SEBAGAI MEDIA INFORMASI PERIJINAN MAKAM (Studi Kasus: Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman Dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Cilacap)

The Cilacap Regency Housing and Settlement Area Housing Service is one of the government agencies that provides funeral retribution management and services at the Karangsuci TPU and Kerkof TPU in Cilacap Regency. The obstacle faced by this service is that applicants who come repeatedly ask the conditions for retribution for the tomb, thus hampering the licensing process. Therefore, the author designed a 2D animated video that aims to inform the management and licensing procedures for graves in the Cilacap Regency Housing and Settlement Area Housing Office. The research method that the author uses is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method. In which there are six stages, namely concept (conception), design (design), collecting material (collection of materials), assembly (manufacture), testing (testing), and distribution (distribution).
