RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM PENDATAAN PENERIMA BANTUAN LANGSUNG TUNAI (BLT) KEPADA MASYARAKAT BERBASIS WEBSITE (Studi Kasus: Balai Desa Dayeuhluhur)

The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic will not only affect health but also on increasingly unstable economic conditions. Various aids organized by the government have been channeled to help the economy and the survival of the community during this pandemic. One of them is the direct cash assistance (BLT) program in Dayeuhluhur village, the implementation has not been as expected. The ineffective and selective selection of aid recipients resulted in inappropriate targeting and social jealousy among residents. The purpose of the study was to create a website-based data collection system for direct cash transfer recipients (BLT) to facilitate and speed up village hall apparatus in data collection and the process of selecting the right BLT recipients. The method used for the selection process uses the simple additive weighting (SAW) method, and the system development method used is rapid application development (RAD) and in system testing the blackbox method, UAT method, and Slovin formula are used. The results of the study, based on a questionnaire that has been tested by the admin with an average result of 71.2% so that it is included in the agree category, a questionnaire by the community that has been tested from 5 hamlets, namely Dayeuhluhur 79.8%, Ciparahu 83.7%, hamlet Sindanglangu 80.4%, Picungdatar hamlet 80.4%, Cilulu hamlet 83% and scored in the agree and strongly agree categories, so the website-based data collection system for recipients of direct cash assistance (BLT) can be accepted and applied to the Dayeuhluhur Village Hall.
