APLIKASI PRESENSI KARYAWAN DENGAN QUICK RESPONSE CODE BERBASIS WEB DAN ANDROID (Studi Kasus: PT. Puskomedia Indonesia Kreatif)

PT. Puskomedia Indonesia Kreatif is a company located in Purwokerto, Central Java, which is engaged in website creation services, Sipanda village information system service provider, and Internet Service Provider (ISP). At this company, attendance is still done manually and is one of the company's obstacles, namely the effectiveness and efficiency of time in the attendance process which has been done manually by filling out a form on a piece of paper. If it is done continuously it will cause problems with excessive paper usage, besides that there are problems when reporting recapitulation at the end of the month, where attendance must be calculated manually so that it takes time and energy, it will also make it difficult to find data because it is still in the form of hardcopy reports and allows the occurrence of missing attendance data. From the problems above, the authors try to provide alternative solutions to problems by creating an employee attendance application that records employee attendance data, including data on date, time of arrival, time to go home, and work time systematically with the QR Code (Quick Response Code) method which is scanned via Android. . The use of QR Code and Smartphone technology will facilitate the attendance process so that it becomes more effective and efficient. In addition, this application is expected to prevent the spread of the Corona virus (Covid-19). The design of the attendance application using the QR Code based on the website and android uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, with the programming design of Use Case Diagrams and Entity Relationship Diagrams. This application is made using a website and android. The website contains a database of divisions, positions, types of employees and employees. While on Android there is an application that can scan QR Code attendance. In addition to making attendance, the admin is also able to view daily employee attendance reports and detailed employee attendance reports and print a recapitulation of employee attendance.
