RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI MONITORING KINERJA PEGAWAI BERBASIS WEBSITE (Studi Kasus: CV. Elcons Ware)

CV. Elcons Ware Purwokerto is a service that is engaged in the consulting and design of electronic devices. This includes also serving in terms of production, assembly, installation, maintenance and repair of electronic equipment with a commitment to improve and fulfill the needs of consumers and society, CV. Elcons Ware was founded in December 2014 and is currently led by Mr. Maryanto and Itmi Hidayat. In the process of assigning tasks to employees, it is still managed using the manual method, namely with a blackboard written by the leadership, with the current governance applied to make the leadership overwhelmed in managing work assignments when there are many work assignments. The purpose of this research is to produce a website-based employee performance monitoring application to facilitate Elcons Ware's performance in managing incoming work from consumers. The method used in this research is the prototype method as a system development. The results of this study are a website-based Employee Performance Monitoring application that has been tested with an Acceptance Testing test of 82.4% against the application proposed by the researcher and is included in very good criteria.
