APLIKASI TAMAN BACAAN MASYARAKAT GEMA DINAMIKA KELURAHAN PASIR KIDUL BERBASIS WEBSITE (Studi Kasus: Kelurahan Pasir Kidul)

The results of the 2018 Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) study were released on Tuesday, December 3, 2019. This 2018 study assessed 600,000 15-year-old children from 79 countries every three years. The study compared the math, reading, and science performance of each child. Indonesia is ranked 6th from the bottom alias rank 74th in the category of reading ability, in this case Indonesia is included in a country with low literacy so that efforts are needed to improve literacy in Indonesia. One of the efforts to improve literacy is to create a Community Reading Garden. In its implementation, TBM requires a good circulation of services, with the development of current technology the author aims to create a website-based community reading park application in order to assist these services. In the process of making this application the author uses the RAD Rapid Application Development method. This website application was successfully created with several features such as visitor data collection, membership, borrowing and returning reading books, calculating fines and reporting on borrowing and TBM visits. In its implementation, the application used has not used standardized accounting code. This application can be applied directly to the Gema Dinamika Community Reading Park, Pasir Kidul Village so that it can help the circulation of services and applications that are already running can develop in tandem with the running of the community reading garden service.
