Abstract
One of the services at the Kalilunjar Village government office is to record the population flow in Kalilunjar Village. In serving the community, especially regarding population data, it is still manual and some use applications from Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel as population reports. This sometimes makes a problem among village officials, especially in the field of government. The most influential problem is the lack of speed and accuracy of population data and manual recording of the risk of losing population report data. Meanwhile, the data is important for population recapitulation in Kalilunjar Village. Therefore, the researchers tried to provide a solution by building and designing a population mutation data application system using the extreme programming method for the Kalilunjar Village Hall. The results obtained from the implementation of this mutation data application are that it makes it easier for government staff to collect population data that can be done quickly and accurately.
