Abstract
Indonesia is a country that has abundant natural resources and is known as an agricultural country. Agriculture is an important sector in triggering the economic growth and development of the Indonesian people. Farmers' limitations in dealing with problems in plants are one of the factors for crop failure. The use of various intelligent plant application systems has been found, such as mobile applications. Detection of chili plants using Ximilar Custom Image Recognition, one of which is to detect diseases in chili plants with an accurate result of 87.5%. This research focuses on developing a detection system for plants using the CNN algorithm with an accuracy rate of 89% and offering horticultural information and assistance during plant planting from seedling to harvesting. Equipped with a recommendation system – Content Based Filtering makes it easier for plant hobbyists and farmers to find quality plant products to prevent crop failure in crop production.
