VIDEO PROMOSI KEMBANG GOYANG MENGGUNAKAN TEKNIK SINEMATOGRAFI DAN MOTION GRAPHIC PADA UMKM FALAH SNACK DAN CATERING

Kembang Goyang is one of the traditional Betawi cakes which has a shape resembling flower petals or flowers and the manufacturing process is shaken until the dough comes out of the mold. This cake is easy to make and the ingredients are easy to find. Falah Snack and Catering is one of the well-known SMEs in producing bouncy flowers in Lumbir village. So far, the promotions used by MSMEs are to introduce their products, among others, face to face to consumers so that the reach of consumers is less broad. The purpose of this research is to promote that is to promote the flower rocking to the wider community. The data collection method in this study was in the form of interviews, observations and documentation, then in the development method the author applied the 3P process flow for pre-production, production and post-production. From the results of this study, a promotional video for the rocking flower was produced by applying cinematography and motion graphics techniques.
