Abstract

Today's social media activities are not just interacting; doing business, promotion, career, brand image, everything can now be done on social media. And one of the social media that is currently being loved is Instagram. The increasing number of Instagram users in Indonesia, many large companies in Indonesia now have Instagram accounts. These companies use social media Instagram as a promotional medium and the formation of corporate branding to reach a wider audience. Therefore, it is necessary to have the role of content creators in making designs for feeds on Instagram Nusamart Id. Content creator is a term for people who disseminate information that has been packaged into an image, writing or video which is commonly referred to as content, which is then disseminated or uploaded via digital platforms and one of them is Instagram social media. The research uses action research development methods.
