AUDIT SISTEM INFORMASI PADA PASIEN RAWAT INAP MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK COBIT 5.0 (Studi Kasus: Puskesmas II Tambak)

Puskesmas II Tambak is a health institution that has developed using information system, that is Information System of Puskesmas Management (SIMPUS) Puskesmas II Tambak started to implement SIMPUS since 2014. In SIMPUS there are some business process menu, about patient, list of inpatients, patient list outpatient, patient list, patient patient list, Jamkesmas report, inpatient detail report and outpatient detail report. Her own inpatient services started there since 1990. This research aims to know the level of maturity of the application of information (SIMPUS) in inpatients at Puskesmas II Tambak and know what factors are information at Puskesmas II Tambak. The method used is the COBIT 5.0 Framework. Enterprise Goals, Mapping Enterprise Goals to IT-Related Goals, Mapping IT-Related Goals to Process, Processing Data and Capability Calculations. After analyzing the information maturity level of information technology on inpatient information system at Puskesmas II Tambak currently is 2.67, the innate ability is at level 2 (managed process) where the organization has run IT process and reach its goal. well managed, the management here means implementing it through the process of planning, evaluation and direction to a better direction.
