Abstract
Griya Asri Karangsalam is a housing project owned by PT. Tarizza Asri Sejahtera which is located on Jalan Rajawali, Karangsalam Kidul, Kedung Banteng, Hamlet II, Karangsalam Kidul, Kec. Kedungbanteng, Banyumas Regency, Central Java 53152. However, Griya Asri Karangsalam does not have a digital marketing team or content creator, so the management of the promotion is still not optimal. The marketing that has been done only uses digital banners, brochures and posters as well as simple videos which are then distributed through social media Instagram and Facebook as well as advertised on the street which is still not optimal in conveying information. Currently, the division that regulates promotion on social media is still handled by the EDP/IT Maintenance division, which is sometimes assisted by the head office. Data collection methods in this study are observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. The system development method used is PreProduction, Production, Post Production. From the results of the results of beta testing with 176 respondents, the average index of respondents is 77.92% who fall into the agree category and it can be concluded that a promotional videos which has been sucessfully made can be used on social media.
