PERANCANGAN VIDEO ANIMASI PEMBELAJARAN 2D TENTANG MATERI SISTEM TATA SURYA PADA PELAJARAN IPA DI SMP PGRI LUMBIR (Studi Kasus: SMP PGRI Lumbir)

Advances in science and technology also affect progress and development in various fields including education. One of the supports for success in learning is the use of appropriate media and is easily understood by students. The use of video media is the right choice that can be applied in learning. This research aims to. designing learning media based on the PowToon application on the seventh grade solar system material, and knowing the effectiveness of the Powtoon-based learning media. The subjects used in this study were several grade VII students at SMP PGRI Lumbir, and as a sample they took class VII B at SMP PGRI Lumbir. In this study using the ADDIE method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The results showed that the researcher succeeded in making an animated science learning video about the Solar System material for class VII at Powtoon-based SMP PGRI Lumbir using the ADDIE method and the learning animation video was successfully implemented and got an index value of 80%.
