PENERAPAN SCRUM PADA PEMBUATAN WEB PORTAL ETALASE UMKM BANYUMAS (Studi Kasus: Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Banyumas)

The Department of Industry and Trade of Banyumas Regency has a function, one of them is to facilitate and help MSME in trading. During the COVID-19 pandemic situation, the sales of MSME products have decreased. The development of the Banyumas MSME Storefront web portal is one solution to increase the promotion and sales of MSME products. The web only contains information on a collection of MSME products and does not include transaction processing. The purpose of this research is to apply the Scrum method in developing the Banyumas MSME Storefront Web Portal and produce a Banyumas MSME Storefront Web Portal that is in accordance with the needs of the Banyumas Industry and Trade Office to help increase sales of Banyumas MSME products. The web development of this research uses the Scrum method. The result of this research is the Banyumas MSME Storefront Portal website using the scrum method.
