Abstract
The use of Instagram by NUJEK Banyumas started about 2 years ago. However, the content on Instagram with the account name Nujek_Banyumas only focuses on photo content that contains information. Starting from this, it is necessary to use social media such as Instagram reels with the aim of managing the promotion and marketing of the Nusantara Ojek (NUJEK) application service. This is necessary to remember the power of social media as a very effective means of product promotion and marketing. This study is direct by involving content creators who are directly involved in making marketing videos. The method used in this research is observation with a descriptive qualitative approach. The observation method taken is to explore partner problems by identifying problems, especially in terms of making marketing videos through Instagram Reels in the form of video ads and Instagram Stories which aim to expand the dissemination of information about the Nusantara Ojek (NUJEK) application. The results of this study indicate that the social media marketing strategy through Instagram reels is very effective and achieves the goal by building brand awareness, especially in the Banyumas Regency area.
