Abstract
Website is a system that uses information in the form of text, images, audio, or a combination of all of them, which is used as an efficient and economical means of promotion and can be accessed by software called a browser. The Department of Population and Civil Registration (Dindukcapil) is a government agency to carry out regional government affairs in the field of population. To find out user satisfaction on the website, it is necessary to analyze the user's perception. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the Banyumas Regency Population and Civil Registration Online Service website according to user opinions in terms of usability, information quality, and service interaction using the WebQual 4.0 method. Overall analysis of the website based on the value of R2 (Adjusted R Square) contributed 31.3% to user satisfaction. Usability and service interaction have an effect but not significant on user satisfaction of 0.061 and 0.101 based on the output regression coefficient table. Information Quality provides a significant contribution to user satisfaction of 0.144 based on the output regression coefficient table.
