PERANCANGAN BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI MENGGUNAKAN ISO 22301 (Studi Kasus: Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Purbalingga)

Problems such as human errors and power outages that have an impact on the company's business processes are now very disturbing and cannot operate for a certain time, for example at the DINKOMINFO Purbalingga agency. So it is necessary to have a Business Community plan (BCP). With the support of a business continuity plan, the organization can run well and minimize risks due to disruptions to information technology, where the Business Contiunity Plan (BCP) focuses on technical issues related to keeping the system running, such as file backups and maintenance of backup systems on computers or disaster services. recovery. Methods of data collection using qualitative methods, interviews, documentation, observation and literature study. This study refers to the ISO 22301 standard with clauses used, namely clause 4 context of organization, clause 5 leadership, clause 6 planning and clause 7 support. The results of this study are recommendations for Business Contiunity Plan (BCP) design documents in the form of handling emerging risks such as virus handling, hacker handling, theft handling, hardware damage handling and software damage handling at the Communication and Information Office (DINKOMINFO).
