Abstract
The web-based inventory distribution monitoring application was developed using the Model View Controller design pattern and the Protortyping development method. This application was developed aiming to overcome problems in the old program that occurred in the PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera. This application focuses on monitoring the inventory that has been distributed to each user. Besides that the focus of this research aims to overcome problems, one of which is the incompatibility of admin and production data and irregular handover documentation.This research method is carried out with the stages of direct data collection to determine needs and interviews in order to obtain information on problems that occur in the object of research, for further development using the Protoryping method and carried out several tests by users to ensure the entire application runs according to the needs that have been mentioned.Testing on this implementation is carried out using the blackbox testing method to ensure the quality of the software and its functionality, besides that, user acceptance testing is carried out from 3 users as the implementation process to ensure functionality and assessment of user needs. The results of the application implementation show that the old program used has a user name duplication problem of 2.3%, the inventory number has more than one username 1.7%, the inventory does not have a username 1.7% and the data does not match between admin and which has been distributed is 2.9%. It can be minimized with the application that has been implemented.
