Through the results of Ward and Peppard analysis of Value Chain, CSF, SWOT, PEST and Mc Farlan Strategic Grid Analysis based on the identification of the internal and external environment can result in Strategic Planning and Proposal Portfolio of Information System Applications based on the vision and mission of Salem District. From the results of the analysis then produce proposed portfolio applications and IT infrastructure to support e-government is running now and e-government to come. His SI proposal is SI Personnel, SI Cooperation, SI Facilities and Infrastructure, SI MONEV (Monitoring and Evaluasi) and E-Formation as e-government application which will be applied by government within 1-2 years.
