RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI REKAM MEDIS BERBASIS DESKTOP MENGGUNAKAN METODE SCRUM (Studi Kasus: Klinik dr. Haniko Damar, Rejasari)

Medical records are files that contain records and documents about patient identity, examination, treatment, actions and other services to patients at health care facilities, therefore the existence of medical record data must be managed properly. Dr. Clinic Damar itself is an outpatient clinic that only started operating in 2020. The location of this clinic itself is in Rejasari Village, West Purwokerto District. Because this clinic is new and its medical record data storage is still inadequate, this research was conducted in order to create a medical record application with the aim of improving medical record storage at the clinic. In this study, a medical record application was successfully created with an average manufacturing focus level of 115%.
