PERANCANGAN APLIKASI POINT OF SALE BERBASIS WEBSITE MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK CODEIGNETER (Studi Kasus: Singgah Coffee & Book Purwokerto)

Singgah Coffee & Book Purwokerto is a Coffee Shop located on Jl. Riyanto no. 29 Sumampir, Purwokerto where the Coffee Shop sells various kinds of coffee drinks with several flavor variants and also several kinds of food at the Coffee Shop. The problems faced by Singgah Coffee & Book Purwokerto are the difficulty of the process of finding goods, the difficulty of checking transaction data, calculating and matching stock items. Therefore, it is necessary to have a Point Of Sale application system to minimize data collection and goods transactions that are still manual. To support all the features, match the stock of goods, improve and simplify the counting process at Singgah Coffee & Book Purwokerto, the researcher uses the codeigneter framework here. The development method used is a prototype, namely data collection, the design process, building a prototype and evaluating the prototype. At the prototype evaluation stage, researchers used blackbox testing and User Acceptance Test (UAT) to ensure the system was running well or not according to user needs. So the purpose of this research is to design and build a point of sale application at Singgah Coffee & Book Purwokerto using the codeigneter framework. So that this application makes it easier to search for goods, then the process of checking and matching the stock of goods to make it easier to control transaction data reports.
