ANALISIS KEPUASAN PENGGUNA AKHIR APLIKASI GOOGLE MEET UNTUK KULIAH DARING MENGGUNAKAN METODE EUCS dan UTAUT (Studi Kasus: Mahasiswa Universitas Amikom Purwokerto)

The Google Meet Application is an application or software that can be user for two-way communication, either in the form of video or in the form of text (chat) which can be used as an alternative if you cannot meet face to face but can still communicate with each other and can be accessed by many people. During a pandemic like this, in the academic field, using technology to solve problems during the learning process, namely by the Google Meet application. This study aims to analyze the satisfaction of users of the Google Meet application using the UTAUT and EUCS methods. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling, with a number of respondents of 100. For data processing using SPSS Version 25. The result of the analysis of this research are user satisfaction with the Google Meet application using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) and End Method. User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) it can be concluded that in the UTAUT method the variables that affect User Satisfaction (user satisfaction) are the Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitating Conditions variables, and the variable that has no effect is the Performance Expectancy variable while the EUCS method has the variable that has an effect on User Satisfaction (user satisfaction) are variables Accuracy, Content, and Ease of Use and variables that have no effect are variables Format, and Timeliness.
