MOBILE APPLICATION ASSESMENT BENCANA (Studi Kasus: PMI Kabupaten Banyumas)

Banyumas Regency has many contours of geographical conditions so that the opportunities for disasters that occur include floods, landslides, volcanic eruptions, forest fires. As one of the NGOs (Non Government Organizations) involved in disasters, PMI takes part and has a disaster management scheme by conducting an assessment. Disaster assessment data obtained from field volunteers encountered obstacles in the form of an unstable network and difficult to access terrain conditions. In order to facilitate the flow of information from the disaster scene to PMI Banyumas, a disaster assessment application was made using the Extreme Programming development method, based on Android. So that data from field volunteers to PMI Banyumas becomes faster and more precise.
