So that at this time a more structured mail management administration system is needed in order to speed up the search for existing data and report generation, so the authors feel the need to design a Correspondence Management application that is considered necessary and helps the administration of the Kabunderan Village Hall office. This application is designed using PHP and MySQL. This application was developed using the Extreme Programming method. Because it is web-based, this archiving application has the ability, can add, edit, cancel, delete and save incoming and outgoing mail, can search incoming and outgoing mail by sender and subject, search results can be sorted by mail id or mail date. , and can print reports. The results obtained from the implementation of this correspondence archive application are that it makes it easier for administrative staff to manage filing letters that were previously manual but now digital, as well as greatly assisting administrative staff in making letters at the Kabunderan Village Hall office.
