PERENCANAAN STRATEGIS SISTEM INFORMASI MENGGUNAKAN METODE EAP (ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE PLANNING) PADA DPPKBPP-PA KABUPATEN BANYUMAS

DPPKBPP-PA Banyumas Regency has four fields namely Dalduk, KB, PP and PA. currently the service has a vision of the realization of community independence population-oriented, gender and child. The vision has been translated into strategy which is outlined in the form of strategic planning to prepare a useful plan to clarify goals and objectives, choosing various policies, achieving a strategy has been set by the organization. In order for the implementation of SI in DPPKBPP-PA effective and efficient, hence required planning of SI by using method of EAP (Enterprise architecture Planning) namely defining enterprise architecture, among others: data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture zachman framework. Second is to formulate the SI strategy to support its activities by utilizing the analysis tools chain value (value chain analysis) and using the cycle model (four stage life cycle). Based on the analysis and architecture that has been done, will produce information system strategy and portofolio of recommendation of SI. The final stage in the preparation of SI strategy plan is by making the implementation plan of the information system, the implementation plan is within 4 years based on the analysis of Mc Farlan.
