Abstract
Currently the community's economy is experiencing difficulties due to the impact of COVID-19, therefore the government is channeling its concern to communities affected by COVID-19 by providing assistance, either non-cash assistance or cash assistance, assistance is channeled through the village which will then be distributed to the community, the only people who received assistance were those who met the criteria as beneficiaries. Madusari Village is a village located in Wanareja Subdistrict, Cilacap Regency, Central Java, which was established in 1989 with a population of 6,062 people, including 3,049 men and 3,013 women in September 2020. With such a large population, queues often occur at village by the community who want to check whether they have received assistance or not, so that the distribution of assistance does not run in a structured manner. So that the distribution of aid runs in a structured manner and minimizes the occurrence of queues, it is necessary to create an information system, so a beneficiary information system is made that can be accessed by the community to check whether they receive assistance or not. Making this system using the waterfall system development method with the stages of analysis, design, coding, and testing using alpha and beta testing system testing methods. Based on the results of the system testing carried out, it can be concluded that the beneficiary system for the community has been running according to its function and can make it easier for the community and village officials to manage aid.
